Polynucleotides skinboosters, also known as 婴儿针 (in Mandarin), is a skin healing treatment which contains high concentrations of salmon-derived polynucleotides.
Polynucletides activates the skin’s self-regeneration properties to effectively reverse the signs of skin aging.
How does Polynucleotides work?
Polynucleotides extracted from wild salmon. These active polynucleotides have anti-inflammatory properties which benefit the skin by inducing skin healing, stimulating cell growth, and improving the integrity of the extracellular matrix. Polynucleotides activates the self-regenerating capacity of the skin and enhances collagen and elastin production to restore skin hydration and elasticity. These processes collectively rejuvenate the epidermis and the dermis to reveal a younger-looking, bright skin.
The polynucleotides derived from salmon DNA closely resemble human DNA, making it a safe, highly compatible injectable with no adverse
effects on the skin.
What are different types of Polynucleotides?
Three variations of Polynucleotides are available in Singapore. Each formulation is designed to target specific skin concerns and deliver optimum results. All Polynucleotides formulations contain highly purified salmon-derived polynucleotides.
Polynucleotides Reju Healer is specifically formulated for damaged and aged skin as it promotes total skin healing and rejuvenation. The Polynucleotides Reju Healer restores skin integrity, enhances hydration and elasticity, reduces fine lines and wrinkles, and refines pores. This type of treatment also has anti-inflammatory effects which help optimize skin recovery.
People with sunken scars and uneven skin will benefit most from Polynucleotides Reju S. This formulation has a higher viscosity which is suitable for the sunken and uneven surfaces of the skin. Polynucleotides Reju S promotes collagen production and tissue remodeling to treat acne scars and smooth out the skin.
Polynucleotides Reju I specifically targets crow’s feet, fine lines, wrinkles, and dark circles around the eyes. Polynucleotides Reju I is formulated with a lower viscosity that is safe and suitable for the thin skin around the eye area. Polynucleotides Reju I has been shown to reduce crow’s feet and wrinkles with no adverse effects.

Polynucleotides is a safe and non-invasive injectable treatment. To make the procedure more comfortable, we apply our premium numbing cream onto the patient’s skin prior to the procedure. Strong painkillers are also available upon request, without any additional charge. After applying the numbing cream, Polynucleotides is manually injected into the dermis via a nano needle. The manual technique is preferred over the injector gun as it gives better results and ensures that most of the Polynucleotides gel is administered into the skin.
Polynucleotides treatment has minimal side effects, such as small bumps that may appear after the injection but these will disappear within a day. In some cases, few needle marks may appear but these will resolve spontaneously in a couple of days. In rare instances, bruising may appear but this will also resolve in a few days.
Yes, Polynucleotides can be combined with other treatments. Polynucleotides works synergistically when combined with energy-based devices. It enhances the results of other treatments and at the same time reduces the downtime of energy-based devices.

Dr Neil Pawar
Dr. Neil graduated from the esteemed Grant Medical College in 2010 with first-class honours in Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). Ever since studying medicine, Dr. Neil has always been passionate about aesthetics and anti-aging treatments. After graduating from medical school, he was awarded a full scholarship to pursue a research fellowship in New York, USA. He focused on the study of Alzheimer’s Disease and other aging-related diseases. Through his research studies, Dr. Neil gained a deep understanding of the pathology of aging-related diseases and the therapeutic modalities that alleviate the impacts of such diseases. His fellowship also further strengthened his passion for the field of aesthetics and anti-aging medicine.
Dr. Neil is one of the very few to be accredited with a Board Certification in Aesthetic Medicine by the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine in Singapore. He has obtained all his national aesthetic certificates of competence to perform aesthetic procedures from the National Skin Center, Singapore.
To further advance his understanding of skin-related topics and aesthetic techniques, Dr. Neil undertook a Graduate Diploma in Dermatology at the Queen Mary University of London, where he graduated with a Distinction. He also received rigorous clinical training in aesthetic medicine from expert dermatologists and plastic surgeons from Korea, the USA, and Europe. He keeps his medical practice up-to-date by regularly attending international conferences and workshops on the emerging technologies and procedures in aesthetic medicine. With his notable experience and involvement in clinical practice and research, he has published extensively in several peer-reviewed journals.
Today, Dr. Neil is known for being an expert in delivering natural results through his precise and artistic approach to aesthetic procedures. He specializes in all face lifting and face slimming procedures and has developed his own combination protocols to get effective results. He also attends to patients for various other aesthetic procedures such as nose augmentation, chin sculpting, face fillers, face/body slimming procedures, and various laser procedures.
